ZambianVisa provides professional visa assistance for Zambia visa applications, including document preparation, advisory and submission support. We are an independent private business and not a government body.
Fees
Service fees are quoted upfront and are separate from any official government visa fees. Government fees are paid directly to the relevant authority.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and lawful documents. Misrepresentation may result in visa rejection for which we cannot be held liable.
Limitations
Visa approval is the sole decision of Zambian immigration authorities. While we maximise your chances through thorough preparation, we cannot guarantee outcomes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
