Refund Policy

Government visa fees are non-refundable once submitted to the Zambian Department of Immigration, regardless of approval outcome.

Service fees are refundable in full if you cancel before we begin preparing your application. Once preparation has started, partial refunds may apply based on work completed.

If a visa is rejected due to documented error on our part, we will re-file the application at no additional service fee (government fees still apply).
